Agreement to these Terms
By accessing Pinemarrow, creating an account or using a game, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Additional rules displayed inside a game or promotion also apply to that feature.
Eligibility and location
Pinemarrow is intended only for people aged 21 or older. You must also be legally permitted to access simulated casino-style games where you live. You may not use the service for or on behalf of a minor, and we may request reasonable age or eligibility confirmation before providing account features.
The availability of Pinemarrow in a location does not mean that use is lawful there. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you.
What Pinemarrow offers
Pinemarrow provides free-to-play social casino entertainment. It does not accept wagers of money or anything of real-world value, does not provide cash gambling, and does not award cash, merchandise or prizes of real-world value. No purchase is necessary to play.
Playing social casino games does not train, predict or improve a person’s chances of success in real-money gambling.
Accounts and security
- Provide accurate account information and keep it reasonably current.
- Use a strong, unique password and do not share credentials or access to your account.
- One person may not create or operate accounts to manipulate rewards, promotions or game systems.
- Tell Support promptly if you believe an account or device has been accessed without permission.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
Virtual pinecones and rewards
Pinemarrow Pinecones, Daily Pinecones, bonus balances and all similar credits are limited, revocable permissions to use virtual entertainment units inside Pinemarrow. They are not money, stored value, property or a currency. They cannot be sold, transferred, gifted, withdrawn, exchanged or redeemed for cash, goods, services or prizes.
Reward amounts, eligibility periods, streaks and promotional availability may be changed, corrected or withdrawn. We may reverse virtual credits obtained through error, abuse, automation, duplicate accounts or manipulation. A displayed balance does not create a debt payable by Pinemarrow.
Game operation
Outcomes are generated for entertainment according to the rules shown for each game. Unless a game states otherwise, each play is independent. Visual effects, near-miss presentations and previous outcomes do not indicate what will happen next.
We may maintain, update, rebalance, suspend or remove games and features. If a technical error produces an incorrect result, balance or reward, we may correct the affected virtual records where permitted by law.
Acceptable use
- Do not use bots, scripts, emulators or automated tools to play, claim rewards or create accounts.
- Do not exploit bugs, interfere with security, reverse engineer protected components or attempt unauthorized access.
- Do not impersonate another person, submit unlawful material, harass others or use the service for fraud.
- Do not sell accounts, virtual pinecones or access to Pinemarrow.
- Do not copy, scrape or commercially reuse Pinemarrow artwork, characters, code or game assets without permission.
Intellectual property
Pinemarrow and its original names, characters, artwork, interfaces, sounds, text and software are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant only a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the service for entertainment. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
Third-party services and links
The site may link to independent services, including responsible-play resources or an identity provider. Their own terms and privacy notices apply. A link does not mean that Pinemarrow controls or endorses every statement, service or practice on the destination site.
Suspension and account closure
We may restrict or close access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, investigate suspected abuse, comply with law, or enforce these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account closure through Support once account services are active. Provisions that by their nature should continue—including intellectual-property, disclaimers and limitations—survive closure.
Service disclaimers
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Pinemarrow is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, preservation of a particular game or virtual balance, or compatibility with every device. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Pinemarrow and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use or inability to use the service, or for loss of virtual items that have no real-world value. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited, including liability arising from fraud, wilful misconduct or other non-excludable obligations.
Changes, governing terms and operator details
We may revise these Terms to reflect product, legal or security changes. The updated date will change, and material changes may require a new acceptance. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance where permitted by law.
Pinemarrow is operated by LLC “PIVDEN-AHRO” (registration number 15031020000001296), registered at 1 Yanovskoho Street, Office 39, Bashtanka, Bashtanskyi District, Mykolaiv Oblast, 56101, Ukraine. Governing law, dispute forum and any additional mandatory local disclosures will be added for the specific markets in which Pinemarrow is offered. These Terms do not replace rights granted by mandatory local consumer law.
