Current prototype status
Pinemarrow is currently a static browser prototype. Submitting the email form creates a local demo player session on the current device and stores the entered email address, virtual balance, sign-in time and game-unlock progress in local storage. The password is checked in the browser for the prototype but is not stored or transmitted. Google sign-in is not yet connected. Clearing site data or choosing Log out removes or ends the locally available session as described by the interface.
Information provided at registration
When secure account registration is activated, Pinemarrow expects to collect your email address, a securely protected password credential, confirmation that you meet the 21+ requirement, acceptance of the current Terms and Privacy Policy versions, and timestamps associated with registration and consent. Passwords should be processed through secure authentication infrastructure and stored only in a cryptographically protected form—not as readable text.
If Google sign-in is activated and you choose it, Pinemarrow may receive an account identifier, email address and basic profile details authorized by you. Google will process information under its own privacy terms, and the exact data requested must be disclosed when that connection is enabled.
Gameplay and account information
Once accounts are active, information associated with an account may include virtual-pinecone balances and ledger entries, reward claims, streaks, game sessions, selected bet values, results, feature unlocks, account restrictions and responsible-play settings. This information supports game operation, prevents duplicate rewards and abuse, responds to disputes and preserves account state.
Device, log and browser data
A production service may process IP address, browser and device type, operating system, page requests, timestamps, approximate location derived from IP, security events, error logs and referral information. These records are used to deliver the service, diagnose faults, protect accounts, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.
The current site stores a privacy-choice record and local demo session in local storage. If you permit Game preferences, Pine’s Fortune also stores a demo virtual-pinecone balance locally so it can survive a refresh. These values remain on the device and are not payment balances or server-side account records.
Support communications
If you contact Support, Pinemarrow may process your email address, message content, attachments and related correspondence to answer the request, keep an auditable service record and protect users and the site. Do not send passwords, full payment details or sensitive identity documents by ordinary email.
Why information is used
- To provide requested games, registration, authentication, virtual balances and rewards under the service agreement.
- To protect the service, detect misuse and maintain security based on legitimate operational interests or applicable legal obligations.
- To remember optional preferences, measure use or support advertising only where valid consent is required and obtained.
- To answer support, privacy and account requests.
- To establish, exercise or defend legal claims and comply with lawful requests.
Cookies, local storage and consent
Essential storage supports security and remembers privacy choices. Optional Game preferences, Analytics and Advertising categories are denied by default and may be enabled or withdrawn through Privacy choices. Rejecting optional storage must not prevent access to the free game experience, although a preference such as the local demo balance may no longer persist.
Where supported, a Global Privacy Control signal overrides Advertising and personalization choices. Connected analytics or advertising services and their retention periods must be identified here before activation.
Sharing and service providers
Pinemarrow does not sell personal information. When production services are connected, information may be shared only as necessary with vetted providers of hosting, authentication, security, analytics, email delivery and customer support, or with professional advisers and authorities where legally required. Providers should act under contracts that limit their use and require appropriate protection.
The final list or categories of providers, and information about international transfers and safeguards, must be published before those services process user data.
Retention
Information should be kept only for as long as needed for the purpose described. Planned retention must distinguish active account records, virtual-pinecone ledgers, security logs, consent records and support correspondence. Account data may remain for a limited period after closure where necessary for fraud prevention, legal compliance or claims, then be deleted or anonymized.
Exact production retention periods must be set and published before account storage is activated. Current local privacy and demo-balance records remain on the device until they expire under the consent design, are replaced, or are removed through Privacy choices or browser controls.
Security
Pinemarrow intends to use proportionate technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted transport, access controls, credential hashing, audit logging, backups and service-provider review. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Users should choose a unique password and report suspected unauthorized access promptly.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to know or access personal information, correct it, request deletion, restrict or object to processing, receive portable data, withdraw consent and complain to a privacy regulator. These rights can be subject to legal exceptions and identity verification.

- Clear site data in your browser to remove locally stored privacy and demo-game records.

Children and age information
Pinemarrow is for adults aged 21 and older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly seek children’s personal information. If you believe a minor has provided information, contact Support so it can be investigated and removed where appropriate.

The operator of Pinemarrow is LLC “PIVDEN-AHRO” (registration number 15031020000001296), registered at 1 Yanovskoho Street, Office 39, Bashtanka, Bashtanskyi District, Mykolaiv Oblast, 56101, Ukraine. A dedicated privacy contact and any applicable representative details will be added before account data is collected publicly. Pinemarrow will update this Policy when its data practices or connected providers change. Material changes may be shown in the service or require renewed consent where the law requires it.
